RESERVING TENANTS: Customers reserving online will receive an email confirming your chosen unit size and the future date of your Move-In. Please double check that you have chosen the correct date for your Move-In. Come into our office to complete your lease agreement.
FUTURE TENANTS: Our rental process is very easy and our lease agreement with you is on a month to month basis. If you move in after the first of the month your rental fee will be prorated to the beginning of the next month. Your rent is due on the first of each month during your stay. When you are ready to move out, we require a 10 day notice, either by email, phone, or in person.
There is a one-time $22 administration fee when you rent your first unit with us. We require that you have insurance on your personal belongings. We provide multiple, low-cost options for coverage through Storsmart Storage Insurance. If you have off-site coverage through your homeowner's or renter's policy, please provide a copy of your declarations page at the time of Move-In. We provide you with a complementary cylinder lock for your unit, which you own and this lock must be removed when you vacate your unit.
FUTURE MOTOR VEHICLE, RV, BOAT, OR TRAILER TENANTS: In addition to the above rental process, we also require your vehicle, RV, boat or trailer insurance declarations page, current license plate information, and proof of ownership in the form of a copy of the title or registration form and/or any lien holder name(s).
