Zacadoo's is proud to offer a new state-of-the-art self storage facility featuring Drive-Up Climate Control, Climate-Controlled and Non Climate-Controlled Units. We also have Enclosed Vehicle Units (great for classic vehicles, kayaks, jet skis & more) and we have Outdoor Parking for your RV, boat, or trailer. We offer various sized units with handicap fitted handles and pull ropes. Our Climate-Controlled Units are perfect for businesses with extra furniture and file boxes that are congesting your office or home space. Climate-Controlled Units are best for your treasured items, as well as your vintage wine collection. We also carry a wide selection of moving supplies.
We understand how valuable your belongings are to you and that's why we have a securely fenced site with a pass-code electronic gate. Our entire site is securely monitored 24 hours a day. The Climate-Controlled Unit buildings are well-lit inside and cameras record every movement. Each Climate-Controlled building has multiple air conditioners, heaters, and dehumidifiers along with sealed and insulated doors and roof.

*There is a one-time $29 administration fee when you rent your first unit with us.
*RESERVING TENANTS: Customers reserving online will receive an email confirming your chosen unit size and the future date of your Move-In. Please double check that you have chosen the correct date for your Move-In. Come into our office to complete your lease agreement.
*FUTURE TENANTS: Our rental process is very easy and our lease agreement with you is on a month to month basis. If you move in after the first of the month your rental fee will be prorated to the beginning of the next month. Your rent is due on the first of each month during your stay. When you are ready to move out, we require a 10 day notice, either by email, phone, or in person.
*We require that you have insurance on your personal belongings. We provide multiple, low-cost options for coverage through Storsmart Storage Insurance. If you have off-premises coverage through your homeowner's or renter's policy, please provide a copy of your declarations page at the time of Move-In. We provide you with a complementary cylinder lock and keys for your unit, which you must return to the front office when you vacate your unit.
*FUTURE MOTOR VEHICLE, RV, BOAT, OR TRAILER TENANTS: In addition to the above rental process, we also require your vehicle, RV, boat or trailer insurance declarations page, current license plate information, and proof of ownership in the form of a copy of the title or registration form and/or any lien holder name(s).
